Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Right of withdrawal in distance sales: You have the right to return a product you have purchased within 14 days of the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.<\/p>\n<p>Start of the period: The 14-day period begins on the day the goods are delivered; for services, it begins on the date the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notification: You must notify us of your return request in writing (via email, mail, fax, etc.) within the 14-day period. The notification must include your name, address, the product you wish to return, and the date.<\/p>\n<p>Product Return: After sending the notice of withdrawal, you must return the product within 10 days, along with the invoice, in unused and resalable condition. The product must be complete with its original packaging and all accessories, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Return Conditions and Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Book Returns: Printed publications (books and magazines) are not legally subject to mandatory return. However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, Bedevi Yay\u0131nlar\u0131 accepts returns of books that are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Books with opened protective packaging or damaged books will not be accepted for return.<\/p>\n<p>Digital Content: E-books, PDFs, and other digital content cannot be returned once delivered.<\/p>\n<p>Custom-Made and Perishable Products: Returns are not accepted for products made to order or perishable items.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Return Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shipping fee: For return shipments, if the contracted shipping company specified in the prior notification is used, the shipping fee will be covered by Bedevi Yay\u0131nlar\u0131. If you use another carrier, you may be responsible for the shipping fee.<\/p>\n<p>Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please document the situation with the delivery agent by preparing an incident report and taking photos, then notify us. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by us, and you may choose between a free replacement or a refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
